How you can earn with referral rewards

If you have a friend, colleague, neighbour or just know someone who is both skilled and willing to thrive with Valhalla Recruitment then you could be making money passively. For everyone whom you refer and who completes the corresponding minimum hours worked for Valhalla you and your friend will receive a cash bonus added to your wage.

The value of the bonus will be proportional to the referees rate, so a higher ticket recruit will generate a larger bonus.

The bonus periods will be payable at minimum hour periods for the referring party as follows:

  • Bonus 1: 50 Hours complete (1x bonus value)

  • Bonus 2: 100 Hours complete (1x bonus value)

  • Bonus 3: 200 Hours complete (1.5x bonus value)

  • Bonus 4: 300 Hours complete (2x bonus value)

  • Bonus 5: 500 Hours complete (2.5x bonus value)

The bonuses paid to the new start will be in form of attendance bonuses, which will be determined by factors such as pay rate.

What you need to do:

  • Your unique referral code will comprise of your last name, first initial and last two digits of your birth year.

  • Get your recruit to contact us with your referral code to start them on the path to success with Valhalla Recruitment.

  • Wait patiently for us to secure them a placement in which they will thrive.

  • Receive payments added to your wage if on our payroll. If not, bonuses will be PAYE and tax will be deducted this way, with respect to governing laws.

How you can earn a finder’s fee reward

There are many aspects that make up a successful contract. One of the most important parts being the engagement and eventual commitment of employers/clients. With that in mind, we at Valhalla feel it is only fair that anyone who helps us connect to an employer who accepts a contract with us should be rewarded.

The value of the reward will be a proportional to the deal’s value, so the more lucrative the contract, the more you will earn.
